All bookings made through Istambul.com are subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
A “Client” refers to all persons included in a booking.
A “Product” refers to any tour, experience, service, or package sold through Istambul.com.
By completing a booking, all Clients confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
A binding contract between the Client and Istambul.com is formed once full payment has been completed and a booking confirmation has been issued through the system.
All contracts are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
Istambul.com reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
Payments
All tours and services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments are processed according to the official daily exchange rate of the Central Bank of Turkey and include applicable VAT.
Istambul.com is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or card providers.
Cancellations & Refunds
Each Product has its own cancellation policy, clearly stated on the relevant tour or experience page.
By completing a booking, the Client agrees to the applicable cancellation terms.

Cancellations made after the stated deadline are subject to penalties and are non-negotiable.
Force Majeure
In cases of serious illness, death of a first-degree relative, natural disasters, war, pandemics, or similar events, Clients must contact Istambul.com immediately with official documentation.
Istambul.com reserves the right to assess refunds or losses caused by such cancellations.
Changes by Istambul.com
Istambul.com may modify tour dates, schedules, or services when necessary.
If a tour is cancelled by Istambul.com, the Client is entitled to a full refund.
For date changes, Clients may:
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the designated meeting point at the stated time is considered a No Show and is not eligible for a refund.
Complaints & Refund Requests
Any service complaints must be submitted in writing to:

Program Changes by Clients
Additional charges may apply for changes requested by Clients during travel.
Responsibility
Istambul.com acts as an organizer and coordinator of services.
Hotels, transport companies, guides, and activity providers operate as independent contractors.
However, all services booked through Istambul.com are guaranteed to meet reasonable quality standards.
If a service cannot be provided, suitable alternatives will be offered.
Travel Insurance
All Clients are strongly required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Clients travel at their own risk.
Liability
Some tours involve inherent risks.
By booking, Clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
Istambul.com is not liable for damages resulting from:
Liability for transportation and accommodation is limited under applicable international conventions.
Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for:

Health & Conduct
Clients must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
Pre-existing conditions must be declared at booking.
Istambul.com may exclude Clients from tours for safety or conduct reasons without compensation.
Local Laws
Clients must follow local laws and regulations of visited countries.
Istambul.com is not responsible for illegal actions by Clients.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Turkey.
